We want you to love your shirt. If you don't, we'll make it right. No return needed.

30-day refund, no return required

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the item in full. You don't need to send the shirt back. Keep it, pass it on to a dive buddy, or use it to wipe down your gear.

Wrong size? We'll send another

If your shirt doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send the same design in a different size at no extra cost. No need to return the original.

Misprints and damage

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to make a request

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number and a short note on what went wrong. For damage or misprints, please include a photo. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few business days to appear.

Fair use

Every shirt is printed to order just for you, and this guarantee is offered in good faith. We may decline requests that appear fraudulent or abusive, such as repeated refund requests across multiple orders.
