We want you to love your Salt Damaged gear. If you don't, we'll make it right. 30-day happiness guarantee If you're not happy with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll give you a full refund. No need to send anything back: keep it, gift it, or wear it to wash the car. How to request a refund Email us at timokey1976@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. If an item arrived damaged or misprinted, please include a photo so we can flag it with our print partner. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Wrong size? Let us know and we'll sort it, either with a refund or by sending the right size. Order changes and cancellations Every item is printed to order, so production starts quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once an order is in production we can't amend it, but our 30-day guarantee still applies. Shipping costs Original shipping charges are refunded if the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
